📝 What to Include When You Contact Us

To help us respond quickly and accurately, please provide as much detail as possible when reaching out. The more we know about your situation, the better we can determine what’s involved — and how soon we need to act.

Here’s what to include in your message:

  • Your name and the address (or general location) of the property
Include your full name and the exact location where the issue is happening. If it’s a cottage, note if it’s seasonal or on a private or island access road.

  • Your preferred contact method
Let us know if you’d rather be contacted by phone, text, or email — and the best time to reach you.

  • What you're hearing or seeing
Describe the problem in your own words. Are you hearing scratching, thumping, or squeaking? Is it during the day or night? Are there droppings, a smell, or visible damage? Let us know what’s going on.

  • Where on the property the issue is happening
If you know (or suspect), tell us if the activity is coming from the attic, crawlspace, vents, walls, under a shed, or around a specific area of the roof or siding.

  • When the activity started
Mention when you first noticed the problem and whether it’s gotten worse, happens at specific times, or has happened before.

  • Any other helpful details
This could include whether you’ve tried anything already (like repellents or trapping), if the structure is vacant, or if access is limited by snow, water, or season.

The more you can tell us upfront, the faster we can assess the issue and get you scheduled. Even if you're not sure what kind of animal you're dealing with — that's okay! Just describe what you’ve seen or heard, and we’ll take it from there.

Frequently asked questions

How do I know if I have a wildlife problem?

Common signs include unusual noises in the attic, chewed wires, droppings around your home, or holes in walls or vents. If you spot these signs, it's time to call a professional.

What types of wildlife do you remove?

We handle a wide range of wildlife including squirrels, raccoons, skunks, bats, birds, snakes, opossums, and more. If you're dealing with any unwanted wildlife, we can help!

Can you help with wildlife prevention?

Absolutely! We not only remove wildlife, but we also offer exclusion services to seal entry points and prevent future infestations. This might include installing mesh or repairing vents and other gaps.

What happens to the animals after removal?

We relocate the animals to a safe, suitable habitat away from your property. We always ensure the animals are placed in an environment where they can thrive without causing harm to people or property. As per wildlife relocation laws, we can only take the captured animal within 1km.

Is wildlife removal and remediation covered by insurance?

It depends on your insurance policy. Some policies cover wildlife removal under homeowners or renters insurance. It's always best to check with your provider.

How can I prevent wildlife from entering my home?

Regularly check for cracks or holes around the exterior of your home, secure trash bins, trim tree branches near the roof, and install screens or caps on vents and chimneys.

Is wildlife removal expensive?

The cost can vary based on the type of animal, extent of the infestation, and necessary repairs or exclusions. We provide transparent pricing and offer solutions tailored to your needs.

Do I need to call a professional, or can I handle it myself?

While DIY methods are possible, they can be dangerous and ineffective. Professionals have the experience, tools, and knowledge to safely and effectively handle wildlife removal.

How quickly can you respond to a wildlife removal request?

We strive to offer fast and efficient service. In most cases, we can schedule a visit within 24–48 hours. Emergencies may be addressed sooner.
