📝 What to Include When You Contact Us
To help us respond quickly and accurately, please provide as much detail as possible when reaching out. The more we know about your situation, the better we can determine what’s involved — and how soon we need to act.
Here’s what to include in your message:

Your name and the address (or general location) of the property
Include your full name and the exact location where the issue is happening. If it’s a cottage, note if it’s seasonal or on a private or island access road. -
Your preferred contact method
Let us know if you’d rather be contacted by phone, text, or email — and the best time to reach you. -
What you're hearing or seeing
Describe the problem in your own words. Are you hearing scratching, thumping, or squeaking? Is it during the day or night? Are there droppings, a smell, or visible damage? Let us know what’s going on. -
Where on the property the issue is happening
If you know (or suspect), tell us if the activity is coming from the attic, crawlspace, vents, walls, under a shed, or around a specific area of the roof or siding. -
When the activity started
Mention when you first noticed the problem and whether it’s gotten worse, happens at specific times, or has happened before. -
Any other helpful details
This could include whether you’ve tried anything already (like repellents or trapping), if the structure is vacant, or if access is limited by snow, water, or season.
The more you can tell us upfront, the faster we can assess the issue and get you scheduled. Even if you're not sure what kind of animal you're dealing with — that's okay! Just describe what you’ve seen or heard, and we’ll take it from there.
