📍 Not Sure If You're in Our Service Area?

Mitchell’s Nuisance Wildlife Solutions proudly serves a wide network of communities across Southern and Central Ontario — including York Region, Durham, Simcoe County, Kawartha Lakes, Haliburton County, Southern Muskoka, and the Northern GTA. But we also understand that nuisance wildlife doesn’t follow borders — and many of our customers live outside traditional service areas.

That’s why we regularly take on jobs beyond our mapped regions, especially when dealing with remote cottages, back-lot rural properties, and hard-to-access locations. Whether it’s a raccoon in a seasonal cabin, a bat colony in an off-grid camp, or birds causing damage to a commercial rooftop — we may still be able to assist.

Some of the “Out of Area” Jobs We've Taken On Include:

  • Remote seasonal cottages and island properties with boat-only access

  • Private roads, hunt camps, and trailer lots far from urban centers

  • Farmland and outbuildings in unlisted rural municipalities

  • Emergency callouts to areas lacking reliable wildlife professionals

We’re always willing to assess travel logistics, service availability, and the urgency of the issue. Even if you’re unsure whether your town or road falls within our usual radius, you won’t know for sure unless you ask.

🧭 The Best Way to Know Is to Contact Us

Reach out through our contact form, email, or phone line with the following info:

  • Your address or general location (GPS coordinates for cottages help!)

  • The issue you're dealing with (raccoons, skunks, birds, etc.)

  • The type of structure (home, cottage, barn, business, etc.)

  • Access conditions (seasonal roads, islands, stairs, terrain, etc.)

We’ll let you know if service is available, provide a travel quote (if applicable), or recommend a trusted professional near your area if we’re unable to assist.

🙋 We’re Always Willing to Help — Just Ask

Every situation is different. Our goal is to solve wildlife issues professionally, humanely, and permanently — no matter where you're located. If your property is outside a city, off the beaten path, or even a little unconventional, we encourage you to reach out and start the conversation.
